Marketing Proposal Specialist (Fully Remote)

• Lead small to medium proposals and support large proposals from capture through interview.
• Coordinate proposal content, schedules, templates, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate color reviews (Pink and Red Team) and incorporate lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe InDesign, with strong organizational and writing skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content.
