Your Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen our brand positioning in the orthopaedic MedTech markets.
• Creating and managing high-quality marketing content across digital and offline channels (website, social media, presentations, brochures, etc.).
• Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, product launches, and communication initiatives.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.
• Collaborating closely with sales and business development to align marketing activities with commercial objectives.
• Managing and optimising our digital presence, including website performance, SEO, and social media channels.
• Supporting the preparation of marketing materials for international partners, distributors, and conferences.
• Analysing campaign performance metrics and deriving data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinating external partners such as agencies, designers, or media providers where required.
• Supporting the organisation and marketing presence at trade fairs, congresses, and industry events (travel may be required).

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, preferably within MedTech, healthcare, or a regulated industry.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of market positioning, branding, and campaign performance metrics.
• High degree of independence, structure, and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
• Business fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level in written and spoken communication)
• Proficiency in common marketing and office tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, CMS tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Experience managing digital channels (website, social media, email marketing) and coordinating external partners or agencies is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
