Product Specialist (m/f/d) Marketing Platform
Your new job includes
As a Product Specialist Marketing Platform, you ensure the stable and efficient use of the marketing platform in daily operations, provide fast and solution‑oriented support to users, and contribute to their continuous enablement through structured training and information formats.
In particular, you will
- act as the central point of contact for internal and external users regarding questions about the operational use of the marketing platform and related processes, prioritising user inquiries in line with defined service and quality standards
- provide active written and in‑person user support and onboarding, identify recurring questions and support needs, and derive suitable solution formats
- create, maintain, and continuously improve e‑learnings, guides, FAQs, and one‑pagers
- prepare and implement user‑relevant communications (e.g. releases, changes, FAQs)
- collect and structure user feedback and pass it on to Product Owners and Engineers
- support testing, rollouts, and product launches from a user perspective
- ensure a consistent level of knowledge and the correct use of the platform in daily operations
What you should bring along
- Several years of professional experience in support, user services, or a comparable interface role (e.g. in a marketing, IT, or product environment)
- Strong service orientation combined with a structured, solution‑oriented way of working
- Ability to present complex topics in an understandable way and communicate them in a target group‑oriented manner
- Confident handling of various communication formats and enjoyment of proactive user engagement
- Basic understanding of digital platforms, processes, and ideally project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Kanban)
- High level of initiative as well as a structured and reliable working style
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
