Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)- Food

Our client is an established provider of high-quality food specialties from the Eastern Mediterranean region, supplying the Western European market with a broad range of products that blend Oriental culinary traditions with Western European tastes. The company is part of an international group and stands out with a multicultural team and a culture that values diversity and creativity. At its location in the Münsterland area, we are looking for an experienced professional to strengthen the team and take ownership of marketing.

Your responsibilities

• You plan and independently execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
• You create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations and social media content
• You coordinate external agencies and service providers and liaise closely with them
• You plan and organize marketing events, including the related promotional materials
• You analyze reports and prepare relevant key figures in a structured way
• You support employer branding initiatives and the further development of the company brand
• You take on administrative and organizational marketing tasks

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience in marketing
• Strong organizational skills and experience in project or agency coordination
• Proficient in Turkish and English ; German and/or Dutch language skills are a plus
• An independent, structured working style with a hands-on mentality
• Good MS Office skills as well as experience with tools such as Canva or common ERP systems
• Willingness to work mainly on-site (one home office day per week is possible)
