Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) for Storage24

What you can expect

Hi, I\'m Shreyansi , Head of Marketing at Storage24 — and I\'m looking for someone to join as Marketing Specialist (f/m/x) to own local marketing across all our Storage24 parks, in every country we operate in (Germany, France, Austria, Norway, Denmark).

We\'ve built a network of 200 parks across 5 countries, and now we\'re doubling down on making sure every single one of them wins locally. That means Google Business Profiles that actually convert, OOH campaigns that get booked and installed without a hitch, and local SEO that puts every park on the map the moment someone searches nearby. This role is where that happens.

You won\'t be managing an agency\'s execution of your strategy — you\'ll be buying the billboard yourself. You\'ll brief the vendor, negotiate the inventory, sign off on the installation, and then check the numbers to see if it worked. If you fix a GBP listing on Monday, you\'ll see it move in the local pack by Thursday, and see occupancy shift within the month. That\'s the loop you\'ll be running, at scale, across Europe.

YOUR MISSION

Own the local playbook. Execute it yourself. Make every park findable, bookable, and full.

As our Marketing Specialist (f/m/x) , you\'ll take full ownership of local marketing across all our markets. This isn\'t a strategy-and-handoff role — you\'ll be the one buying the media, managing the listings, and briefing the vendors yourself, with a team of four around you for support.

• Local visibility & GBP: Own the Google Business Profile presence across every park — profiles, photos, reviews, local pack ranking. Make sure each location is findable, accurate, and compelling the moment someone searches nearby.
• OOH & signage: Plan and buy out-of-home media for park-level campaigns — directional signage, billboards, local formats. Brief and manage production vendors, end-to-end, from site selection through installation sign-off.
• New park launches: Lead local demand generation for new park openings across markets. Define and execute the offline activation plan to hit occupancy targets from day one, working closely with performance marketing and sales — including hands-on PR tasks for each launch.
• Real estate platforms: Own the ads strategy on platforms like ImmoScout and LeBonCoin, generating leads and hitting monthly targets across parks and markets.
• Local SEO: Define and execute local SEO — city page optimisation, local keyword ownership, citation management — briefing and quality-controlling content with our content resources.
• Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with park managers, commercial teams, our performance marketing manager, and external vendors to keep everything moving.

What we expect from you

We\'re looking for someone who\'s actually done this before, not just planned it — someone who gets energy from seeing a listing move up the local pack or a billboard go up on schedule.

• At least 3 years of experience in local, field, or multi-location marketing in a multi-site service business (e.g. self-storage, real estate, fitness, parking, healthcare, retail, franchise, or mobility)
• Hands-on experience managing Google Business Profiles across multiple locations
• Experience planning hyperlocal campaigns across both digital and offline channels
• Experience planning and buying OOH media — you know how to brief a media owner, negotiate inventory, and manage production
• Familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking, HubSpot preferred
• A data-driven instinct — you know which metrics matter, and you act on them
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
• A can-do mindset, high motivation, and genuine openness to learning
