• Providing personalized massages, pampering massages, and body treatments
• Providing expert advice and selling treatments and products
• Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms
• Ensuring order, safety, and hygiene throughout the entire spa area
• Baths, soft packs, Rasul, and salt therapy room
• Making informed treatment recommendations with professional justification
• Cosmetic treatments
• Good knowledge regarding the selection of skincare products and their ingredients
• Inventory management, ordering supplies, and stocktaking
• Handling of complaints and guest feedback

Your Profile

• Successful completion of vocational training in the hotel industry or a comparable field
• Professional experience in the same or a comparable position in the upscale hospitality industry
• Ideally, experience with Opera Cloud
• Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of work, reliability & team spirit
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Good command of English
