Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d)

• Develop and design mechanical components and assemblies using CAD per industry design codes
• Develop cost, design, fabrication and maintenance strategies for static equipment of reactors and heat exchangers
• Convert process concepts into cost-efficient technical designs
• Create duty specifications for vendor presentations
• Coordinate interfaces between process engineers, procurement and equipment vendors to obtain technical proposals with defined scope and cost

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computational Mechanics or similar
• Several years of experience in design and construction of pressure vessels
• Experience with design codes such as ASME Sect VII, AD 2000 or EN-13445
• Skills in CAD 2D and SolidWorks
• 3D design of pressure equipment
• Knowledge of materials for mechanical and plant engineering
• Basic familiarity with thermodynamics related to heat exchange
