Medical Affairs Coordinator

In this hybrid role based in Munich, you will provide essential administrative support to the Medical Affairs team and help maintain clarity across its operations. You will support onboarding, training, reporting, and knowledge management to enable the department to operate efficiently. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, shaping the team’s internal processes. This position offers growth in clinical research coordination within a global pharmaceutical company that values care and quality.

• Provide administrative support to the Medical Affairs department
• Prepare intradepartmental announcements, newsletters, surveys, and presentations
• Maintain departmental tracking and metrics tools
• Coordinate onboarding and induction training for Medical Affairs staff
• Develop reports for Medical Affairs management
• Maintain Medical Affairs knowledge libraries
• Track training compliance and resolve issues

• College or University degree
• 1+ year of relevant administrative or clerical experience
• Experience in Clinical Research (CRO or Pharma) is a plus
• Full working proficiency in English and Russian
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
