Medical Excellence- and Project Manager

In this role, you enable Medical Affairs to operate scientifically, patient-centered, and compliant by aligning strategy, processes, and tools. You connect evidence generation with forward-looking innovation and help evolve ways of working and external collaborations. You will bridge medical expertise with project management, cross-functional work, and implementation of excellence to support local initiatives and practical, compliant opportunities. You join a team focused on medical excellence across disease areas to advance patient care in rare diseases. You will work with Medical Disease Leads and stakeholders to develop and implement tools for effective execution and continuous innovation

• Standardize and drive excellence in medical affairs activities (SOPs, processes, playbooks, guidelines, training)
• Oversee project budgets and timelines with Medical Leads to ensure alignment with plan
• Support audits and inspections with proper follow-up actions
• Manage reports and dashboards to monitor quality metrics and operational improvements
• Evaluate and implement innovative tools and technologies to strengthen Medical Affairs capabilities
• Monitor emerging trends in AI, digital health, and data-driven innovation and translate them into practical opportunities
• Coordinate local Real-World-Evidence projects with cross-functional teams and external partners, including planning, approvals, contracting, timelines, quality oversight, and communications
• Support launch preparations using internal tools and processes

• University degree in life sciences (M.Sc. or equivalent)
• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Strong experience in management of Real-World-Evidence projects, registries, observational studies and/or other non-interventional studies
• Strong interest in innovation, digital health, and AI for Medical Affairs

• Ability to work effectively in a complex cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical skills in medical, scientific and technical information
