Microsoft 365 AI & Automation Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role you shape the Workplace AI & Automation strategy and turn business goals into scalable, AI-driven use cases. You will work at the intersection of technology, innovation and business impact to enhance the digital workplace. You’ll collaborate in an international environment to deliver secure, user-centric AI and automation initiatives. • Shape and evolve the Workplace AI & Automation roadmap in line with business goals
• Design end-to-end intelligent solutions using M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Microsoft Graph
• Build, operate and improve automations and copilots across the digital workplace
• Integrate systems via APIs and event-driven architectures
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection and responsible AI standards
• Operate and improve ALM pipelines, monitoring and lifecycle management
• Drive user adoption through training, enablement, and clear documentation
• Manage licensing, costs and the AI & Automation portfolio with stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data AI, or comparable practical experience
• Several years of experience in digital workplace, automation, or Power Platform environments
• Strong skills in M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and prompt design
• Solid knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse and ALM practices
• Good understanding of Microsoft Graph, APIs, and integration concepts
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, data protection principles and responsible AI controls
• Strong English communication skills; German is an advantage
