Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer

In this role, you will drive collaboration, automation, and AI-powered productivity across ZOLL’s global organization. You will own and optimize Microsoft 365 services and partner with security and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions, governance, and adoption. You’ll work on automation, Copilot governance, and enabling modern workplace initiatives across teams. This is a chance to shape enterprise collaboration and AI-enabled productivity at scale.

• Administer and optimize SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Groups, and Entra ID; lead platform configuration, lifecycle management, and feature rollouts; provide advanced (Tier 3) support for complex platform issues
• Design, build, and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions; develop PowerShell automation for efficiency and security; enhance existing workflows
• Support deployment, governance, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot; partner with Security and Risk on DLP, compliance, and identity management

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of enterprise Microsoft 365 experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise collaboration solutions
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global environment
