Microsoft Identity Engineer | MIM/FIM, Active Directory, PowerShell

We are looking for a IAM Microsoft Identity Engineer, Active Directory, PowerShell to join our team in Tintschl and be part of a new project for our long-term partner Airbus.

Your Tasks

The IAM Technical Specialist will design, implement, and operate Microsoft Identity solutions within national projects.

• developing architectures
• maintaining IAM systems (monitoring, ticket handling, change requests, problem management, backup/recovery)
• updating documentation
• providing technical advice
• monitoring technologies
• supporting operational teams
• recommending improvements to designs and processes.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science)
• Several years of relevant experience in IAM and infrastructure
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Identity solutions (MIM & FIM), integrated user management, Active Directory, LDAP, and user/group management
• Ability to independently develop architectures and technical documentation
• Advanced knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Windows Server (2016+), PowerShell scripting
• Experience with database systems, especially MS SQL
• Fluent in German and English (business level)
