Mid/Senior Cloud Engineer – AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud platforms.
• Mentor engineers, improve operational excellence, and promote DevOps best practices across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Work on modern cloud-native platforms hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Support the full infrastructure lifecycle using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation.
• Emphasize reliability, observability, security, and scalability in the environment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, technical leadership, and business stakeholders in an international environment.
• Be adaptable to occasional national and international travel (estimated up to 15%).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including networking, account management, and core infrastructure services.
• Professional experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring solutions such as Grafana, Kibana, Datadog, or AWS CloudWatch.
• Scripting skills with Bash, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience implementing infrastructure automation, security, scalability, and cost‑optimization best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis and production incident resolution.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory) for daily collaboration with international teams.
