YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international customers, distribution partners, and sales subsidiaries

Serve as the primary contact for international customer inquiries and requests

Prepare, manage, and follow up on customer-specific quotations for assigned markets

Process customer orders while ensuring compliance with pricing, delivery, and payment terms

Create customs and export documentation in accordance with international and country-specific regulations

Coordinate and monitor delivery and shipment schedules to ensure on‑time fulfillment

Participate in and support cross‑functional projects and process improvement initiatives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably as an Industrial Clerk or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Specialist
• Several years of relevant professional experience in international sales and export (B2B)
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is required
• Very good written and spoken English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Strong technical understanding and a genuine interest in technical products are essential
• A high level of customer orientation, intercultural awareness, teamwork skills, and an independent, structured working style complete your profile
