MLRO and AML Manager

My client, a leading gaming business, is hiring an MLRO and AML Manager to oversee their AML/CFT and sanctions framework across European regulated markets, acting as MLRO where required and reporting to the Head of Compliance.

Key responsibilities include managing AML/CFT and sanctions compliance across multiple jurisdictions, acting as MLRO, handling SAR/STR reporting, overseeing risk assessments, customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and financial crime controls, supporting new market launches, leading audits, delivering training, and reporting risks to senior management.

Proven experience is required in a senior AML or MLRO role within iGaming or another regulated industry, with strong knowledge of EU AML regulations, financial crime controls, regulatory reporting, and experience working with regulators and across multiple jurisdictions.
