Modeling Analyst II (Fully Remote)

• Serve as subject matter expert on fundamental market price forecasting within the EnCompass product line.
• Provide advanced customer support, support product development, and test market databases for North America.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers know how to use products to their fullest potential by answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Engage customers in online and in-person training and onboarding, utilizing presentation skills and industry knowledge.
• Update product documentation and work closely with Product Management and Engineering.
