Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Salary: OTE £75,000 – £80,000

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to a steady flow of qualified leads
• Build and maintain relationships with estate agents and introducers
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
• Identify and maximise protection opportunities alongside mortgage advice
• Generate new business through networking and referrals (self-gen encouraged)
• Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes

Experience Needed to Become a Mortgage Advisor

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential
• Experience in mortgage advice
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and work autonomously
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Motivated, proactive, and growth‑focused mindset
