M/Text Administrator

We are supporting an established Insurance company looking to hire an Output Management / M/TEXT Specialist to support and further develop its customer communication and output management landscape. The position will have a particular focus on M/TEXT and M/OMS , alongside supporting a major migration to the next-generation M/TEXT TONIC platform.

You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and development of the existing M/TEXT and M/OMS environment , including developing new solutions and improving existing processes. A key part of the position will be supporting the migration from M/TEXT Classic to M/TEXT TONIC , developing and maintaining document and letter templates, troubleshooting technical issues and acting as a central point of contact between IT and specialist business teams.

The successful candidate will have experience within Output Management / Customer Communication Management (CCM) , ideally with hands‑on knowledge of M/TEXT, M/OMS or other M-Series technologies . You should have a solid technical background, understanding of programming concepts and experience working across IT projects, system migrations and technical requirements analysis . Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are also important for the position.
