As Lead Product Advisor you shape and drive complex advisory engagements that extend beyond standard platform capabilities. You translate physical climate risk data into decision-ready insights for insurance and banking clients, and lead stakeholder workshops to build trusted relationships. You support sales with bespoke use cases, coordinate delivery across teams, and help evolve advisory approaches and reusable assets. This role connects climate risk analytics with client strategy to enhance the Location Risk Intelligence offering.

• Identify and lead complex advisory engagements beyond standard platform capabilities
• Translate climate risk data into actionable recommendations for insurers and banks
• Lead client meetings, workshops and stakeholder interactions with senior decision-makers
• Support Sales with solution scoping, proposals and client presentations for bespoke use cases
• Coordinate advisory opportunities and delivery across Product Management, Modelling & Analytics, Sales and other contributors
• Develop and improve advisory methodologies, governance, templates and reusable assets
• Contribute to business development by managing advisory pipeline and converting client needs into engagements
• Provide client insights and market observations to inform product and advisory offerings

• 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting, climate risk, financial services or related fields
• Experience structuring ambiguous client questions and leading engagements from scope to delivery
• Strong knowledge of insurance and/or banking sectors and ability to link climate risk insights to business decisions
• Deep understanding of physical climate risk and related financial impact quantification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex outputs into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills with senior audiences
• Commercial awareness and experience supporting business development and proposals
• Proactive, collaborative and self-directed with ability to drive topics across boundaries
• Experience coordinating contributors, mentoring colleagues and developing reusable methods
