About the Role

As a Software Engineer in the backend team, you’ll be building scalable, event-driven systems that underpin everything from ride tracking and user onboarding to maintenance automation and fleet analytics.

You’ll collaborate in a modern agile environment with product owners, analysts, designers and fellow engineers – owning the full development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, event-driven backend systems that support ride tracking, user onboarding, maintenance automation and fleet analytics.
• Collaborate in a modern agile environment with product owners, analysts, designers and fellow engineers; own the full development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.
• Develop using a modern tech stack with .NET and Azure services.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET and Azure (AKS, Pipelines, Cosmos DB, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Pulumi, and Datadog
• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, TDD, Pair Programming)
• Passion for clean code, sustainable mobility, and smart tech solutions
• Remote-first setup (within Germany) or hybrid in Berlin
• Learning platform and leadership academy access
