New Business Manager – Social Media, Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities

• You proactively identify potential clients and actively reach out to them
• You grow and maintain your network at trade shows, events and industry gatherings
• You prepare convincing proposals, case studies and pitches in close collaboration with Strategy and Project Management
• You consistently follow up on leads and proposals and manage your pipeline independently
• You maintain our CRM and ensure thorough documentation of all sales activities
• You monitor the market and competitors and identify new opportunities at an early stage
• You hand over won clients to the operational team in a structured manner

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in sales, new business or account management, ideally in an agency or creator-marketing environment
• An existing, relevant network with B2C brands and companies
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Self-starter mentality, persuasiveness and enjoyment of networking
• Structured and independent working style
• Familiarity with the creator economy, a solid understanding of influencer marketing, and the ability to engage with marketing decision-makers on the client side as an equal
