Senior Campaign Manager – Social Media, Influencer Marketing

• End-to-end management of influencer campaigns: client consulting to understand and meet client needs, develop strategy, and select appropriate channels
• Development of campaign concepts
• Identification, outreach, negotiation, and contracting of suitable influencers
• Campaign management: coordination and communication with clients and influencers
• Campaign reporting, including presenting results and successes to clients

Requirements

• Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BWL), Media & Communications, or a related field, with relevant professional experience in social media and influencer marketing
• Strong affinity for and enthusiasm about social media communication, with a keen interest in social and digital media trends and channels
• Excellent copywriting skills, content creation ability, and persuasive communication, with experience managing client relationships, influencers, and campaigns
• Creativity, analytical thinking, and numeracy combined with an open, outgoing, and communicative personality
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, and solid MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
