Senior Account Manager – Influencer Marketing, Brand Strategy, Campaign Lead

Responsibilities

• You manage well-known brands across FMCG, beauty, fashion and lifestyle, and report directly to our Client Partners
• You act as a strategic sparring partner for several of the most important brands in our portfolio
• You anticipate your clients’ needs, develop annual strategies, plan result-driven budgets, and negotiate so that the brand, creators and YKONE all win
• You take ownership of client outcomes
• You lead the influencer marketing activities for your accounts end‑to‑end and serve as the primary senior‑level point of contact for our clients — from annual planning to performance analysis
• You develop annual strategies and campaign architectures that contribute to business objectives
• You plan budgets across individual campaigns and annual scopes, allocate to creators, platforms and formats, and proactively adjust when the data suggests it
• With your instinct for brands and creators, you bring the right partners together
• You are confident working with KPIs, prepare forecasts, analyze reports and use insights to continuously optimize campaigns
• You keep a clear head even when managing many parallel projects and prioritize efficiently
• You lead Influencer Marketing Managers and interns, ensure structured briefings and support their professional development

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full‑time experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand side); internships not included
• Experience with major clients (ideally FMCG, beauty, luxury, lifestyle or tech‑lifestyle) and responsibility for six‑to‑seven‑figure budgets
• Strategic thinking: you build annual strategies that support business goals
• Deep platform expertise in TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Knowledge of the DACH market: you are well‑connected and know which creators fit our clients’ objectives
