Salary: 55.000 € – 70.000 € per year (gross)

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize cross‑channel marketing campaigns along the customer journey.
• Develop audience‑specific campaigns for various market segments and business lines.
• Work closely with sales, product management, and other departments.
• Advance CRM and marketing automation processes.
• Implement automated campaigns, lead‑nurturing, and communication flows.
• Use CRM data for audience segmentation, campaign steering, and performance measurement.
• Analyze campaign results and derive optimization actions based on relevant KPIs.

Qualifications

• Many years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, CRM marketing or demand generation.
• Experience planning, implementing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proficient with CRM, marketing automation, or omnichannel platforms (e.g., SAP Emarsys, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, HubSpot, or comparable systems).
• Experience segmenting audiences and developing lead‑nurturing and customer‑journey concepts.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, marketing performance, and data‑driven optimization.
• Experience collaborating with sales, product management, and external agencies.
• Structured and self‑directed work style with solid project management know‑how.
• Strong communication skills and capability to convey complex topics clearly.
• Excellent German in speech and writing.
