• Safeguarding compromised accounts and taking remedial action to resume safe usage.

• Strong English and Italian communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of fraud typologies and ability to handle all types to reach resolutions.
• Experience in identifying trends and delivering fraud technical training.
