Job Title: SAP Cut-Over Manager (S/4HANA Greenfield)

Location: Hybrid Germany (German language required)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 9 months

• April: ~1 day/week
• May: ~2–3 days/week
• Scaling to ~4 days/week closer to go-live (Jan 2027)

Role Overview

An experienced SAP Cut-Over Manager is required to lead planning and execution activities for a large-scale S/4HANA Greenfield implementation. The project is currently in the Realize phase, with go-live scheduled for January 2027. The role focuses on establishing, governing, and executing the full cut-over strategy aligned with SAP Activate methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end cut-over strategy and plan
• Develop a detailed cut-over schedule covering all functional and technical workstreams
• Coordinate dependencies across business, IT, and third-party stakeholders
• Lead cut-over planning workshops and alignment sessions
• Ensure readiness of all systems, data migration, and business processes for go-live
• Identify risks, constraints, and critical path activities; implement mitigation strategies
• Manage rehearsal cycles (mock cut-overs) and refine execution plans
• Oversee communication and governance during cut-over execution
• Act as central point of control during go-live, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
• Drive issue resolution under time-critical conditions
