Norwegian SEO Specialist

As a freelance Danish SEO Specialist you will bolster Adapt's SEO efforts across markets, focusing on research, optimization, and translation between English and Norwegian. You will work within the SEO team to improve content visibility and performance for B2B and retail-focused clients, collaborating across disciplines to drive measurable results. • Conduct keyword research and use keyword planners
• Optimize metadata and on-page content
• Perform on-page optimization and content optimization
• Translate keywords and content between English and Norwegian
• Handle data management and reporting for SEO initiatives
• Create SEO-focused copywriting
• Utilize analytics and SEO tools to monitor performance

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong HTML and JavaScript knowledge for SEO
• Native Norwegian language skills with cultural understanding
• Knowledge of multiple search engines (Google, Bing, Baidu, etc.)
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, WebTrends)
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Proficiency with third-party SEO tools (Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic)
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Understanding of how online/offline marketing channels interact with SEO
• Office 365 license required
