Nursing Expert, Academic Nursing Professional

• Participation in our onboarding and qualification program for nursing professionals (m/f/d)


• Guided practical onboarding by a nursing science mentor


• Transition into the role of Nursing Expert (m/f/d) with expanded responsibilities in direct patient care


• Receiving questions about nursing problems and phenomena from the team and processing them from a nursing science perspective


• Identifying improvement potentials in nursing care and developing practice-relevant research questions based on these findings


• Use of specific and case-related screening and assessment instruments


• Managing and evaluating complex nursing and care situations


• Implementing and continuously integrating nursing science and practice-based findings into daily nursing care


• Planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care oriented to the needs and resources of patients


• Close cooperation with the Nursing Science and Practice Development department as well as with all other stakeholders in the interprofessional team


• Contributing to the development of the academic nursing role at Kliniken Landkreis Heidenheim gGmbH

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a nursing professional (m/f/d)


• Bachelor's degree in a nursing-related field


• Solid nursing competencies


• Enthusiasm for the profession and for further developing nursing concepts on the ward, combined with analytical skills and a strong evidence-based orientation


• Organizational and communication skills as well as a strong sense of responsibility


• Commitment and the ability to work effectively in a team
