Occupational Safety Officer

Occupational safety officers support the company in all matters of health and safety and accident prevention and also in respect of health protection and humane work structuring. As part of the HSE (health, safety and environment) team, you will work closely with both the management and the workforce.

• Evaluation of work conditions (risk assessment)
• Regular inspections
• Giving instructions
• Accident analyses

Acting on their own initiative, an occupational safety officer must be able to evaluate various different work processes and derive actions that make the workplace safer.

The attraction of working as an occupational safety officer is the variety of the job in particular. Even if the procedures are often repeated, there are always new challenges. Since health and safety is a ‘living’ process, almost every day brings a new task with it.
