Role Overview

A well‑established, nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney (Of Counsel / Junior Partner level) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who enjoys handling both single‑plaintiff employment matters and complex wage & hour class actions in a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of employment litigation.
• Expertise: Wage & hour matters, FEHA claims, and employer compliance.
• Background: Candidates with a mix of plaintiff and defense experience are encouraged to apply.
• Licensure: Active licensure in California is required.
• Book of Business: A portable book is not required, though certainly welcomed.
