Onboarding Manager – you make partners successful

Responsibilities

• You guide new partner businesses.
• You set up their system, train them, and support them remotely via video.
• You remain their ongoing point of contact.
• You answer questions patiently and clearly.
• You ensure your partners actually use the product and become more successful as a result.
• You identify additional opportunities for them, such as a professional website or online marketing.

Requirements

• A genuine service mindset.
• A real interest in people and a good rapport with practitioners.
• Tact and sensitivity when guiding change.
• Patience and good judgment.
• Reliability.
• An independent, structured working style, flexibility in working hours, and very good German language skills.
• Prior experience is not required.
