Oncology Clinical Pharmacist

Annashae Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Oncology Clinical Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity with a medical center in Milford, Delaware.

• Schedule: Days | 80 hours

• Position: Oncology Clinical Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatient and outpatient oncology patients.
• Review and optimize chemotherapy and supportive care treatment plans.
• Collaborate with oncologists, physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and oncology fellows.
• Monitor medication therapy, dosing, outcomes, and potential drug-related problems.
• Provide medication education to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in oncology rounds, quality initiatives, and service‑line meetings.
• Serve as a preceptor and oncology subject matter expert.
• Promote safe, evidence-based, and cost-effective medication therapy.

Requirements

• Pharm.D. or equivalent doctoral pharmacy degree.
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP).
• Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience .
• At least 3 years of oncology pharmacy/clinical experience or equivalent training.
• PGY-1/PGY-2 residency training preferred.
