Online Marketing Manager, SEO

• Lead technical SEO audits and manage site architecture to ensure optimal crawling and indexing for the global platform
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends
• Support the SEO strategy for international storefronts and ensure technical standards are met across all regions
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering departments to prioritize technical SEO enhancements and translate them into actionable requirements
• Analyze organic search performance using enterprise-level tools and provide data-driven recommendations for growth

Requirements

• Four+ years of experience in SEO with a strong track record in e-commerce or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of HTML and JavaScript SEO
• Hands‑on experience with crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data, and international SEO
• Experience with technical SEO and monitoring tools, including Screaming Frog, Oncrawl, Google Search Console, Semrush and similar platforms
• Strong interest in leveraging AI technologies to optimize SEO workflows and improve data analysis
• Fluent English speaker able to communicate complex technical topics to various stakeholders
• Additional language skills in Chinese, Korean or Arabic are considered a significant advantage
• Enjoy working with large datasets and demonstrate a proactive approach to solving technical challenges
