Position Overview

This position is the Operation Business Partner (BP) of Midea Group's Europe R&D Center, responsible for the internal organisation and administration management, procurement management, project cost analysis of the Europe R&D system, and supporting the efficient, transparent and orderly operation of the R&D center.

By integrating the resources of Europe R&D bases (such as Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.) and sales branches, we will strengthen cross-departmental project coordination, ensure reasonable allocation of R&D resources and efficient execution, and promote a high degree of alignment between the Europe R&D center and the headquarters' strategy and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement management

1. Assist business departments in carrying out procurement work to ensure accurate communication and efficient execution of procurement requirements with suppliers.

2. Assist the finance department in completing related processes such as supplier payments and monitor the timeliness of payments.

3. Responsible for the overall management and optimization of the company's procurement system and improve the procurement management system and process.

4. Sort out the existing procurement process, identify efficiency bottlenecks and risk points, and promote process optimization and compliance.

5. Participate in daily communication with suppliers to continuously optimize efficiency and increase financial efficiency (such as price optimization, alternatives, etc.).

Cost control and project support

1. Monitor operating expenses and project costs to ensure compliance with project budgets and improve capital utilization efficiency.

2. Cross-departmental collaboration, coordinating with finance and project departments, regularly outputting cost analysis and project status reports, and improving project financial transparency.

3. Support audit and internal compliance requirements to ensure that financial and operational processes comply with the Group's control standards.

Internal organisation support

1. Coordinate the company's administrative operation and management, improve the internal support system, and improve the efficiency of organizational operation.

2. Assist in managing the company's assets and equipment and cooperate with the department to organize inventory work.

3. Optimize cross-departmental collaboration processes and mechanisms to improve information flow efficiency and execution effectiveness.

4. Participate in promoting the construction of the company's internal operation and management system, improve the overall management level and standardization.

5. Organize regular operation meetings and performance reviews to support management in business decision-making and resource optimization.

Cross-Regional Coordination and Communication

1. Serve as a communication bridge between the Europe R&D center and the Chinese headquarters, business units and Europe sales companies, and promote information sharing and decision-making coordination.

2. Coordinate resource allocation and operation management among R&D units in Europe to improve execution efficiency and teamwork.

3. Organize cross-departmental collaboration activities such as Europe R&D center operation’s meetings and financial reviews.

Process and system optimization

1. Promote the standardization of relevant processes in the R&D center to ensure the standardization of the management system.

2. Continuously identify and optimize operation management processes to improve organizational efficiency and execution quality.
