Process Standardisation & Documentation
Analyse current-state processes across PSI Business Units, identify deviations from the PSI standard, and design target-state processes for all core end-to-end flows (Lead to Order, Order to Cash, Deliver to Profit, Hire to Retire, Record to Report)
Create and maintain process documentation using standardised modelling methods (e.g. BPMN)
Ensure process definitions are kept up to date in the corporate knowledge base and related tools
BU Roll-out & Change Management
Plan and execute the roll-out of standardised corporate processes to individual PSI Business Units
Coordinate with BU stakeholders to adapt processes where local requirements demand it, while preserving overall group-wide consistency
Support change adoption through training, communication, and hands‑on coaching at BU level
KPI Definition, Implementation & Reporting
Define meaningful business and process KPIs for each core process in collaboration with corporate process owners and BU leadership
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting structures to track process performance across all PSI Business Units
Ensure data quality and comparability across BUs, and drive actionable insights from performance data
Continuous Improvement
Facilitate regular improvement workshops and structured problem‑solving sessions with BU teams
Identify, prioritise, and track improvement initiatives and their measurable impact across the PSI group
Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all Business Units using Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methods
Enable cross‑BU learning by sharing best practices and improvement successes
Stakeholder & Programme Management
Act as the central corporate point of coordination between process owners (Sales, CTO, Finance, HR, etc.) and PSI Business Unit leadership
Report maturity progress and improvement results to corporate senior management
Manage the overall OPEX programme roadmap, priorities, and resource planning across the PSI group for the owned End‑to‑End Process
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Several years of experience in process management, operational excellence, or management consulting — ideally in a multi‑BU or group‑level corporate function
Proven track record in process standardisation and cross‑functional roll‑out projects across multiple business entities
Strong knowledge of process modelling (BPMN) and experience with ERP/CRM systems
Hands‑on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable improvement methodologies (certification is a plus)
Proficiency with BI/reporting tools and KPI frameworks
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate a matrix organisation
Fluent in English; German and/or Polish is a plus
Willingness to travel to PSI Business Unit locations as needed
