Purpose of the position

The Operational Accounting Domain within Global Operational Excellence is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to help drive standardisation, governance, and continuous improvement across Air & Sea. The role focuses on operational accounting processes, business rules, master data, financial structures, and TANGO enablement.

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do

Drive improvements to operational accounting processes and ways of working
Support governance of Air & Sea business rules, financial structures, and relevant master data
Work with Operations, Finance, Tax, Technology, and Production Systems teams globally
Support TANGO process development, testing, and implementation activities
Document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive standardisation
Help improve data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency

Required Experience

What we're looking for:

Good knowledge of TANGO
Some experience with operational accounting and/or Finance-related operational processes
Experience from Air & Sea Operations, Process Management, Systems Support, or a similar area
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Structured and detail-oriented mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Curiosity and willingness to develop expertise in a specialised domain
