Operations Advisor – Delivery Support, Insights

Responsibilities

• Build and manage capacity models that forecast staffing needs across multiple operational teams and work types.
• Analyze trends in volume, productivity, attrition, inventory, and related metrics to produce accurate monthly staffing forecasts and identify excess or shortfall risk.
• Recommend strategies that improve workforce utilization, including hiring plans, skill conversion, up-training, and model enhancements.
• Lead monthly reviews with business partners to share results, explain forecast changes, and align on actions that support operational and financial goals.
• Contribute to planning discussions by offering insights, raising risks, and influencing decisions with clear, data-based recommendations.
• Support change by building strong partnerships, challenging assumptions when needed, and helping leaders make informed planning decisions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced data analysis, workforce management, operational planning, or a related business function.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and the ability to work with complex datasets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly and influence decisions across a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders and turn analysis into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines.
