Operations Excellence & Expansion, Full-time / Part-time

Plan, coordinate, and implement site expansion, including charging stations
Manage and support the rollout of new sites from initial concept through commissioning
Structure, optimize, and document operational processes
Handle and coordinate various operational topics as part of day-to-day business
Collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers
Ensure the smooth execution of projects
Identify opportunities for improvement and independently develop solutions
Support the entire site expansion process, from management decisions through commissioning

Requirements

Initial experience in operations, project management, or site development is an advantage
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
Interest in infrastructure projects, ideally in e-mobility / EV charging infrastructure
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Proficiency in common tools (e.g., Excel and project management tools)
Very good German skills; English is an advantage
Suitable for recent graduates as well as candidates with several years of relevant professional experience
