Operations Internship

Responsibilities

• You make sure everything runs smoothly in the background: at Grundwerk you keep customer data, reporting and processes clean and automate them with AI.
• You support our Account Management team and learn how a small team works with levers rather than hours.
• You build and maintain AI automations that take care of routine tasks.
• You automate your own tasks instead of repeating them.
• You keep customer data and processes tidy and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• You work directly with the founding team and have visibility into all metrics.

Requirements

• You use AI in everything you do and think in levers rather than hours.
• You are fast, independent, and deliver tasks 100% to completion.
• You want to learn, seek feedback, and implement it immediately.
• You communicate clearly and directly (fluent German, confident English).
• Degree or career changer — it doesn't matter. What counts is your output.
