Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Full‑time, on‑site.

Company: Airspace is a tech‑enabled freight forwarder specializing in time‑critical logistics.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Airspace Platform: set up new orders per standard practices and client‑specific SOPs.
• Rapidly transition between critical tasks while confirming job milestones are completed correctly and on time.
• Navigate airline booking and tracking websites to manage and update airway bills.
• Provide proactive customer updates via verbal and written communication, anticipating weather, traffic, and other variables.
• Escalate issues early and appropriately following escalation procedures.
• Route shipments according to customer requirements and source driver coverage for any segment of an order.
• Interpret, create, and audit documentation for international travel (air and land) and comply with import/export processes.
• Respond to inbound communications (email, phone, text) promptly and manage platform statuses.
• Maintain balanced performance by meeting metric expectations for phone availability and acceptance.

Compensation

€36,000 – €45,000 annual salary.
