The Operations Strategy Associate is a generalist role focused on high‑impact, fast‑paced work that directly affects customers, product, and business. The position spans across Operations teams and adapts to the strengths of the individual, evolving quickly as new priorities emerge.

Responsibilities

• Redesign the process for converting workplaces to new payment methods, such as moving customers who send checks to eCheck to accelerate cash conversion.
• Research, vet, and onboard a vendor that embeds AI agents into customer‑facing efforts.
• Build an internal predictive analytics model to detect bad payers early with high accuracy.
• Spearhead a quality task force that ensures top quality for our largest customers.
• Manage a team of agents within an Operations workflow, handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve frontline processes.

Qualifications

• Insatiably curious, spotting non‑obvious clues and patterns to reach root causes.
• Hands‑on, willing to go to the source—testing features, listening to calls, or contacting customers—to uncover truths.
• Persistent problem‑solver who thrives in uncertain and unfamiliar situations.
