Operations Structuring Manager

As Operations Structuring Manager, you will work directly with management, operations, compliance and tech. Your focus will be on analysing existing processes, identifying gaps and establishing stable, scalable process and organisational structures. You will ensure that the company not only grows, but remains controllable in the process.

Tasks

• Analysing existing operational processes and organisational structures
• Establishing and documenting scalable end-to-end processes
• Defining roles, responsibilities and interfaces
• Structuring processes between operations, compliance, tech and finance
• Optimisation of workflows, escalation paths and control mechanisms
• Creation of process documentation, SOPs and decision‑making logic
• Support with regulatory‑related operational issues
• Support for growth, product launches and new business areas
• Identification of operational risks and implementation of preventive measures

Must Haves

• Excellent understanding of processes and analytical approach to work
• Ability to clearly structure and document complex processes
• Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness

Nice to Haves

• Experience in regulated or fast‑growing environments

Salary and Remuneration

Salary Range: Up to €4100
