Operations Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily operations in the distribution center (inbound, sorting, outbound)
• Lead and support operational teams during shifts
• Ensure smooth processes and on-time handling of shipments
• Monitor KPIs and actively improve performance on the floor
• Solve operational issues in real time and keep the flow running
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Drive continuous improvements in processes and efficiency

Your Profile

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution center environments
• First leadership experience or a strong drive to take responsibility
• Hands‑on mindset and willingness to work close to operations
• Ability to stay structured and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• German + French language skills are a plus
