Floor Operations Monitor (m/f/d) – Logistics & Automated Systems

We are looking for a Floor Operations Monitor to support the onsite deployment and stabilization of autonomous robotic systems within large-scale operational environments. This role is ideal for hands‑on, detail‑oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy working close to cutting‑edge technology.

You will be embedded onsite, working closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth system performance during launch and beta phases.

Your Role

• Act as a first responder for workstation interventions and basic system faults
• Support manual data collection and operational observations during system ramp‑up
• Clear simple mechanical issues such as jams, misplacements, or blocked workflows
• Manage exception handling and ensure operational flow is maintained
• Follow defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and testing procedures
• Collaborate with operations staff and support knowledge transfer where required
• Escalate anomalies and issues clearly and promptly
• Participate in mandatory trainings related to systems, safety, and procedures

What You Bring

Required:

• Experience in warehouse, operations, manufacturing, or similar environments
• Basic mechanical or technical troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written in English)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain effective under time pressure
• Comfortable working independently within large, fast-moving teams
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements

Preferred:

• Experience in high‑pressure or technically complex environments
• Exposure to manual data collection or engineering/manufacturing settings
• Prior work with automated or robotic systems
• Coaching or mentoring mindset with willingness to learn and grow

Working Environment & Expectations

• 100% onsite presence required for the duration of the assignment
• Work takes place in active operational or construction zones (PPE required)
• Physically demanding role: standing/walking 8–10 hours per day, lifting up to 50 lbs
• High‑energy project environment with tight timelines and defined delivery milestones
• Overtime may occur occasionally and is subject to prior approval
• Travel may be required depending on assignment; expenses are reimbursed
