YOUR PROFILE Education Background in quality, manufacturing, mechanical engineering or similar Experience in inspection / testing / quality, production environments Initial leadership experience (hands-on) Skillset Strong understanding of inspection processes Experience with measurement tools Structured and practical mindset Ability to lead in an operational environment Blackwave Code in Action Accountability.
