• Job Description Oracle ERP Test Manager Ready to Lead Oracle ERP Testing at Scale? Join Version 1 as a Test Manager. You'll take full ownership of the testing lifecycle-from strategy and planning to execution and reporting-across high-impact Oracle Cloud projects. You'll lead hybrid teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure coordination across upstream and downstream systems. Role overview: You will be accountable for end-to-end testing, shaping best practices, and supporting testing across Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades. Key responsibilities include:
  • End-to-end test management
  • Test strategy, planning, scripting best practices
  • Test design and execution with reporting and defect logging, coordinating between upstream and downstream systems
  • Managing a hybrid team of test analysts and client end users/subject matter experts
  • Working independently and remotely, with travel for client engagements as needed
  Additional responsibilities
  • Oversee training and development of colleagues
  • Maintain current product knowledge
  • Define performance indicators and targets
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction (internal & external)
  • Deliver project activities efficiently within a recognized project methodology
  • Meet quarterly objectives during appraisals
  Qualifications
  • Experience in test management and defect management
  • Oracle testing environments for implementations/upgrades; experience with ERP/HCM modules and at least one full upgrade or implementation testing lifecycle
  • Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking; ability to translate customer requirements into workable solutions
  • Organized, analytical, process-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Time management and effective remote work capabilities
