Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Enterprise Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations. This role requires a strong blend of ERP and Supply Chain (SCM) expertise, with the ability to shape enterprise architecture, engage senior stakeholders, and drive end-to-end solution design.

German language skills are desired, as you will be working closely with stakeholders across German-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise architecture strategy for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP & SCM) implementations
Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture , ensuring alignment with business objectives
Act as the design authority across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and related modules
Provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams and delivery teams
Engage with senior stakeholders (C-suite, business leads) to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Ensure best practice adoption across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM modules
Oversee integration architecture (including legacy systems, third-party platforms, and data flows)
Drive standardisation, optimisation, and innovation across the Oracle landscape
Support pre-sales, solution shaping, and programme mobilisation where required

Key Requirements

Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect within Oracle Fusion Cloud
Strong functional and architectural knowledge of:
Oracle SCM Cloud (Procurement, Inventory, Supply Planning, etc.)
Strong understanding of integration patterns, data architecture, and cloud ecosystems
Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with multi-country or pan-European deployments
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Familiarity with Agile / hybrid delivery models
Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics
