Order Management Employee (m/f/d) – Laichingen Plant

To strengthen our customer order center at our Laichingen site, we are looking to hire immediately, full‑time (40 hours/week), a:

Your Tasks:

• Order processing
• Entry of delivery notes via customer portals
• Recording customer orders and creating production orders
• Managing incoming emails related to order receipt
• Internal and external coordination of data, delivery, and production deadlines
• Execution and monitoring of customer inventories and internal inventories
• Completing and posting production orders after clarification if required
• Document filing
• Cargoclix, planning and scheduling of trucks

Your profile:

• Professional experience in scheduling/disposition in a production environment, ideally in the automotive sector
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills
• Structured, organized, and independent way of working
• Team player and physically resilient
