Develop and scale growth strategies across various digital channels
Plan, coordinate, and produce high‑performing content and conversion‑driven copy for digital touchpoints such as social media, websites, and landing pages
Create and optimize video content for formats such as Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Identify new growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive experiments/tests
Conduct keyword, competitor, and audience analyses and derive actionable measures
Collaborate closely with teams such as Product, Design, SEO, and Performance Marketing
Requirements
Relevant experience in Growth, Digital, or Lifecycle Marketing
Strong intuition for target audiences, digital trends, and performance‑driven communication
Knowledge of information architecture (technical SEO) and content audits
Familiarity with common marketing and growth tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, CapCut, Canva, and Meta Business Suite
Fluent German (C2) spoken and written; English at least B2
Ability to think analytically and creatively
Self‑starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership
