Retention and Attach Support Contractor
Our organization is seeking an experienced Retention and Attach Support Contractor to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound queue, lead passing, and call out on retention customers needing renewal.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with the retention and attach teams.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clients.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolved.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Scheduling & Workload
- 80% outbound work, 20% inbound work.
- Hybrid onsite days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
- Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT.
- Training: fully onsite for first two days, then remote.
- Interviews include an "About Me" slide and role play.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience: SaaS, hybrid environment, college degree or equivalent professional experience, closing experience.
- Demonstrate understanding of:
- What we are selling
- The value of professional tax software/taxware solutions
Incentives & Compensation
Monthly Incentives
- Up to $500 maximum payout.
- Potential to earn up to 130% of goal.
- Based on time of year and number of accounts closed.
Weekly Incentives
- Based on attach offerings and hosting activities.
During Training
Employees receive 100% incentive payout during the training period regardless of performance metrics.

Hourly rate: $24.86/hr.
